"right so chaos can side with him why do i suddenly having a filling that somthing bads going to happen?" asked xyio suddenly worried.

"I don't think so... See, Dark dragons defied the gods in a way even Sin himself disapproves of them. But I know what you mean... I have the feeling too," Xero said.

"but what conserens me most is he wants val and seems to already know of vals soul" said xyio still showing a consered face.

"Exile and Val aren't strong enough for him... that's the problem. To face that kind of evil, you need a different type of evil. You need the chaotic type to fight the pure type. The balance of evil works like the balance of nature and the balance of goodness. I'm sure you've noticed," Xero said.

"yes i have unfortentaly im more aware of it than you are brother" said xyio her vioce keeping and annoyed calm. "but still why was val his only target?" this thought though she said out loud still messed with her.

val began to dream she was in a buitful clearing and she was talking witha a human couple she was hapy a red dragon of fire was with her as well she smiled at him and was still happy the humans she so cherrished she had granded them a gift. that one day they would forever pass down. she looked at her beloved halthorn but a drak memory of a temption before still seemed to be thier as it suddnely turned black.

"He must want her soul to perform a dark alchemy circle..." Xero suggested.

"but val would never do that she couldnt do that i mean serene valued human life to much" said xyio possitivly.


val contrued to dream the darkness did not consume her like he had wish too to much anger and hate existed for she had left him long ago when he had started down this path. after all it was him that killed her not the humans that riped the flesh off her body. pain rorued threw vlas body as she rembered she began to scream loundly in pain her vioce sounded stained.

Exile was the first to wake at the sound of Val screaming. He immediately rushed over to her, not caring what happened, and woke her from her sleep. He knew she was having another nightmare. "Val! Wake up, my love! Get out of the nightmare!" He yelled.

"She wouldn't, but the dark dragon would use her," Xero said, but then was interrupted by Val's scream. He rushed to see Exile waking her. "No, Exile, get away from her!!" Xero yelled.

OOne thing Ai had made sure was that no sounds could go out from the tent, or come in from outside. So they didn't hear Val's scream.

her screams were of pure torcher she seemed to be fighting to use alchamy as she herself strugled to keep her hands apart she couldnt wake not yet. her nightmare was going to end soon she hoped but why did she still fill its pain.

"exil get away she might use alchemy anything to reliefe the pain." said xyio her vioce was painiced.

"Valkyrie!! Get up!!" Exile yelled, ignoring Xero and Xyio. He had to break her free of the torcher she was going through. He knew there was only one way to end these nightmares; killing Carnage.

"VAL!!" Exile yelled desparately, still trying to wake her. Xero didn't try to pull Exile away in case Val used alchemy.

vals screams continued xyio seemed to relized what was going on.

"exil listen to me Frey told me about this before she might use alchemy to make it stop and thats the only thing that will wake her up you must step back from her" said xyio she was calm though she was tireefied nto shore what night mare val was having.

Exile closed his eyes and opened his mind. He entered her nightmare, seeing Val in his own perspective. She was in the shape of Serene, but he saw her as Val as well. He saw the darkness of the human slaughtering her.

"Val... Serene... Don't be afraid. I am here. I, Exile, am here for you, Val. And I, Hethrold, am here for you, Serene. Don't be afraid. The darkness will no longer hurt you," Exile said. Then, a white flame engulfed Exile's hand as he shot it at the human attacking her. The human cried in pain as it desintigrated. The other humans ran away.

Serene looked at the hathorn she spoke more to what had shot the flame "don't hate them this is not truly their doing please do not harm..." Val began to wake up her body trebling.

"No, not the humans. The dark dragon tormenting you," Hethrold said as Val began to wake up and leave the dream. Exile opened his eyes and looked at Val.

"Val? You're safe. Don't cry any longer," Exile said.

"I've noticed, Exile, that this telepathy is starting to develop into your vampiric power," Jakuze said. Exile didn't really care. Val wasn't crying any longer. He held her tightly.

Val was still shaking " exile." Val was confused she finally completely woken up her voice sounded strained

"You're okay now, Val," Exile said as he held her. He used his psychic ability to envelope Val in an aura of peace and warmth to try and sooth her. It also felt like his own aura.

Val was calmer now


Xyio looked relived to know Val was okay

"From now on, I can no longer doubt the abilities of a vampire," Xero said wisely. "Who knew you could sooth such a raging and chaotic heart such as Val's," he added.

"Imagine if he wasn't here..." Jakuze said. Xero shuddered.

" Val isn't raging soul but I can't imagin her horrible dreams." said Luna softly...

Xyio noted and looked at them

" exile serene was tempted by dark alchemey too"said Val softly

"I know. Once your soul is threatened by a dark alchemist, it's not uncommon to be tempted to use it yourself. Don't worry, though. This'll be over soon, love," Exile said.

"I need to fight. This is turning into a romance novel," Xero said with a droll look on his face.

"Don't wait," Jakuze said as he upper cutted Xero. Xero went flying. "Why is it the harder I hit an idiot... The better it feels," he said.

" yeah ur both idiots" said luna

Jakuze looked at Luna. "Oh, it's on!" He said sarcastically. Exile laughed.

"I agree wiht lna your both idots" said val calmlly. her vioce still sounding like sand paper.

Before Jakuze could say anything, a random fist from the sand opened under Jakuze and closed over him. His arm was sticking out and swinging wildly. Then, the fist threw Jakuze into the distance. Xero then rose from the sand. He spread his wings and flew after him.

"What the shit?" Exile asked, confused.

" it's best not to ask" said Val xyio shook her head as if to say what an idiot.
The sun began to appear

" we should be leaving" said Luna as she looked at the tent. " those two should be woken up" she finished
